http://osdl.org/newsroom/studies/EMA: For rather a long time, the dubious statistic of TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) has been used by Microsoft to demonstrate that their solutions are cheaper to own and run. This survey is one of the latest that would appear to indicate otherwise.
